Dang sorry to hear my friend. Have Iron man kick Superman's behind then! 😆

Well now at least it made my decision so much easier.

On the upside, you took the plunge for DPs and that definitely counts.  My intuition simply hinged on the fact that regardless whether they showed a different APR spread from their typical CC line up that it wouldn't necessarily translate into a more laxed UW model.

Hey, at least you tried.

Re: DC Power VISA

Still not enough DP's by any means to draw a conclusion but over the next weeks through this forum and others more will role out on approval rates, x/12 and /24, scores, etc, etc..  Way to early to see how their UW is working other than most likely all apps goto manual review which is still crazy in this day and age as AI should handle most of it.  Heck I work in PL insurance and we are moving to AI on approval process on less risky doctors to give them insurance or not, but or more pricey DR's with regards to coverages(1 million+) will still go through manual UW whether we grant them a policy or not and their rates vs. having an engine shoot out a decline/accept and what their premium will be.

I still haven't seen a single post in the approvals section.

I guess they want this to be a very limited edition.

They obviously do not have a good plan for this; if they did they would have put Gal Gadot on the Wonder Woman card, rather than two W's.

Re: DC Power VISA

There is an article on this card at nerdbot.com that explains a few of the pros and cons. However, nothing about UW criteria. lol

I haven't come across any sites saying too much about it, though it is still new for most.

Re: DC Power VISA

Add me to the list @AverageJoesCredit -- they gave me the hairy eyeball and said "Thanks, but No Thanks" lol I posted a denial post for whatever DP's i could share until the letter gets here. Let's see who snags the first one up!

Re: DC Power VISA

DENIED!       Me too   @AverageJoesCredit

Not that i expected too but i had to try since i've had luck with banks that were supposed to be out of reach for me and got them.

If only we could reach out to DC and let them know what an aweful mistake having UMB for the card really is.
