The only way you can redeem yourself is by using it to pay for cow and beer.

Informed Delivery shows 2 letters coming from Card Services in Kansas City.  There's just enough bleedthrough that I can tell that they're 2 different letters and not a USPS error showing the same image twice.

That would explain the 2 letters then.  Never having any kind of interaction with UMB before I had no idea of what to expect.
