At least they're migrating it to the Simply Rewards. That card specifically includes Walmart and all kinds of discount stores like dollar stores under their 3% categories.

UMB did not deserve this brand.  Good that people are getting other credit card to replace but  id rather there be no DC cards then have a bank treat one like 524 or worse.

Got an e-mail saying that UMB are foing there separate ways, and will be getting a non co-branded card within a few months. Don't know if DC will sign a deal with any else.

The card probably would have done better if they picked a bank for a cobrand that wasn't so picky about underwriting, maybe dc will get with another bank maybe not, pray they don't pick comenity to have a marvel dc rivalry lol

Look at it this way,  UMB probably has only about 20 cardholders that need to be notified of the change.
