Called CSR again to find out when I would get my card. She said that they would ship it out today! That's pretty fast.

Same rate as me! I was told the cut off for 8.5% is 730...

FWIW, my card arrived 3business days after approval and I live in CA.

3 business days is quite fast. I have never received a card in less than a week

DCU = Awesome.

My DW is a homemaker, they set her up with her own card to establish her credit with a nice limit(2k).  They have made my move to the US so painless -- huge +1 to these guys.
