I'm considering the Paypal 2% Mastercard as an alternative to the Ollo Rewards MC (for which I got a preapproval, no AF offer today), but I need some data points. For instance, what are the lowest scores/average scores where the card is approved, what luck do people several years on the road from Chapter 7 BK discharge have in getting the card, etc.

In your title you ask for DP on the Paypal Extras card, but in your message you say you're considering the Paypal 2% Mastercard.
The Paypal Extras is a 3/2/1 points card. The Paypal 2% is the Paypal Cashback.
It wouldn't be much fun if you applied and got approved for the wrong card.
There are detailed threads between September 2017 and January/February 2018 on the PP 2% cash back MC. Approvals and SCLs were all over the place (e.g., 700+ scores getting sub 1,000 SCL and those in the mid to upper 600s receiving $2k-5k). Most people that received lower SCLs saw increases after the 3-6 statements. I'm assuming average CLs range between $5-10k and I think there are a few members between $15-25K. If I recall, FICO approval ranges were between 640s and 740s.

Alternatively, you can also research the credit pulls database to gauge what others have provided as data points.
Other than your BK from ~4 years ago, what other negatives are present? AAoA? Utilization? Any new accounts in the last 6-12 months?
To be perfectly honest, I haven't found the credit pulls database that useful. It contains very skimpy information for most of the cards I've been interested in, and a lot of the information even for those cards is quite old.

You're right - I keep confusing the two. I meant the 2% Mastercard.

If I were to choose between the two, I'd go for the PayPal. It's a known product with excellent growth potential.
That's what my instincts are telling me, and my instincts haven't often been wrong. My only concern here is about putting too many eggs into the Synchrony basket. In any case, it'll probably be another month or so before I'm ready to apply, for the reasons I listed (to allow HP's to age/expire, Capital One card combo, possible CLI apps on Penfed and/or Apple that might require HP's). It does look so far as if Paypal would be an easier card to get than Marvel, so there's that.
Now that I applied for and have been approved for the PayPal 2% Mastercard, guess what?
I got a splash screen when I logged on to PayPal just now advertising the card. Go figure...
