Deserve Pro Mastercard is the WORST card out there

I have this card for about two months now. I used it twice last month and paid it off in full. CL is $1000, I tried to use the card yesterday and my available credit is $1000 to use as per their website, they do hold your payments but my hold was over weeks ago. OK so I go to charge $91 and its declined. I call them up and they say they have to ask me some security questions which I answer, they say the card is good to go so I go to a store today and try to charge $138 , declined again. Called them and they say security reasons, I answer the questions again and they say the card is good to go, so I go to the gas station, declined again, I am done with this card, I have 22 credit cards and this one is going in the garbage just where it belongs.

Yes, I have 22 credit cards, they said on their website that if you have excellent credit you will get a $10K credit line, I figured its a new start up so give it a shot, now I learn that they start everyone with $1000 CL , if I knew that I would have never applied.

My next lowest credit line is Wells Fargo at $8,000 and my highest is Bank of America at $55,000

Other then this Deserve Pro card which is $1000, My credit score did not drop when I opened this card.

Wow, a 55k cc and 22 cards, with 8k being lowest. Thanks for sharing your experience Op. Ive never heard of this card nor do i trust these cards saying theyll give so and so amount for people for basically nothing. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Sorry op, chalk it up to experience.

This kind of thread has a way to go south real quick so hopefully subsequent posters keep it on fsr topic

Then again, with a card name like "Deserve Pro"...

Deserve cards are issued by Celtic Bank, which in itself tells one everything they need to know.

With 22 cards, chances are 21 of them are better than this "Deserve Pro", I'd just ditch it. You "Deserve" better, and "Deserve Pro" doesn't Deserve anything from you... well, except payment for any balance due of course... I'd get rid of it and chalk it up as a learning experience. Enjoy your 21 remaining cards.

Well my credit history is very old, I am a forensic pathologist in my 60's. I do not do alot of new credit as I have enough with the 22 cards I have. I tried to call this card company just now to cancel and I was told to call back monday morning. That department is closed over the weekend. They are sure no Capital One which I love.
