The rewards are average, there's better options for gas and groceries.  It looks like 2,000 points = $20 statement credit, so you're getting 2% on those categories.  Pretty standard 3% BT fee, the 18 months at 0% is nice.  There is also a 2% FTF fee.

Citi with its DC has changed the market for almost all cards that offer 2% or less. For me, Quicksilver is still a good competition to DC because of its hassle-free rewards and no-FTF. But any other card, offering <=2% rewards (i.e. 2% on some categories, less on others), FTF, and a min limit for points redemption sounds inferior to Citi.

Unless Citi has something dicey with its 1%+1% system.

The only thing dicey on the double cash so far is the abysmal starter CLS some folks seem to be getting

The DC has no FTF?

DC has FTF; that's why I still put QS ahead of DC in some areas.

But if you're comparing any other card, like the UMB one, with DC, both have FTF while DC has equal or better rewards.
