Thank you! I thought it was a little odd personally, but I wasn't going to argue. I'll wait until about 100 days after the increase and try to get another CLI through the website. I certainly don't intend to ever run my balance as high as the credit limit, but it will help allow low util for whatever balance is there.
I don't get the big deal really .....they don't have to give you a cli and not even a HP at that as well. I've asked for my first cli 7 mins after I got my first card and about 6 months after that on my 2nd card. I also had 2 cli on my Bank of America card 1 month after getting it and another this week but I've taken 2 HP's for them
i sort of want to ask for a cli on my BCE but I just asked for one with my ED and just got of purgatory (FR) with them lol
I don't think it is a glich. as my good friend. who i gave a referral to. tried a few days early on his amex. then after the 60 days. he got same message. that he had already tried and need to wait 90 more days. i think the bigger point is. don't try early. sorry op. it happened to you.
