I called Chase CS and they told me that they report every 60 days to the CRA. I just opened my CSP about 2 weeks ago and my first due payment is still on November 14th and my statement closes this Oct 17th. I was quite confused of what Chase told me. I just want to know when do they report to the CRA to make sure I carry less or zero balance on my account when they report it. But the CSR said every 60 days . I thought they always report after a few days when the billing statement closes
. so mine will be around after Oct 17th when they report to the CRA .... confusing

I really doubt this. I have 4 Chase cards now, and they report like clockwork every month. As noted, also when the balance goes to zero before the statement.
Mid cycle reporting, on my Chase cards, has been somewhat hit and miss this past month. Most of them have updated when PIF'd to zero. Only one did not report mid cycle. In the past, mid cycle reporting was like clockwork.
