Did any one ask Amex to Remove Hard Inqs?

Did any one ask Amex to Remove Hard Inqs? I have 5 hard inq's by Amex on my EX. Any luck Amex would change these inq's to soft?

If they pulled multiple INQ's for a single application - then they will remove/soft code them.

If this is the case let me know and I will get you the fax number for the media department.

Now as far as scoring- they count as 1.

I tried asking a supervisor if they would recode several inqs of failed attempts by me to get a Delta card and was told they would not.
