Did any one get a recent CLI from Hooters?

Did any one tried or got the CLI from Hooters? I have my card for about 1 1/2 years with $1000 CL. I am wondering if I should I ask for CLI or just sock drawer the card.

I went from $1000 to $2800 at the 1 year mark but I asked for the CLI and it cost me a hard pull. Then last month they auto increased it to $3100.

I recieved an auto CLI about a Month ago but it was only for $300. So far I have got 1 at least every 6 r 7 Months. Do what I did with Cap1. Everytime I call the back door numbers they tell me that I'm not eligible for a CLI so I just tell them I won't use the card again until I get 1. I check on the site and within 2 days the credit line is increased.

I just read that link and if this is true I have no reason to use the card again.

I only have one small bill charged to mine every month. I would like to keep it until it is atleast 2 years old.

 

I don't want to make a move and close it just because one person posted that a CSR said this to them. (Not that I don't believe the poster, but how many of us have gotten poor information from CSR's only to call and get a totally different answer?)

 

My auto-increase schedule shows I would be due again in December, so I will keep everyone posted- As always! Smiley Happy

 

You all will be the first to know if I am bumped to a C cup.

Just checked DH's and if his falls  the schedule, he would be due for another increase on 11-6 so I will keep an eye on this.

That wasn't the only reason for closing the card. I just have to many cards and when I put in a app at my credit union for a car loan the women I was doing the app with asked why did I have so many cards. I called Hooters and asked them about that and the person I talked to said they were still giving CLI's.
