Did anyone have issue with Commenity or GECRB payments this month?

I went online and scheduled all my payments For the upcoming month back on Dec 20th.  For some reason a couple of them didn't process.  I scheduled them all on same day to come out a day or two before the due date.  I got receipts for some of them in my email and I called just to check on the others and they didn't process.  I called Victoria's Secret, which is due 01/12 and I scheduled it to pay on 01/10, and it didn't go thru and there was no record of that payment being scheduled.  What in the world??  Buckle didn't go either.

Yes. I paid my Sportsman's Visa on Saturday and it apparently did not process. I called yesterday and spoke to a CSR who said they had no record of my payment. I submitted another payment while on the phone and the CSR saw it immediately.

my GECRB Gap card had no problems. i scheduled a payment to post the same day i entered it earlier this month and it went through just fine.

Sorry to hear about the payments not going through. i hope you won't get charged late fees if any missed the due date.

Luckily they waived the late fee.  I scheduled the payments tho.  It's frustrating.

That's scary! ... so now will you get a 30 late on YOUR CR??? I pay all of my bills on the 1st regardless of when they're due in the month. I didn't have any problems last month.

2 days late is about 28 days short of a 30-day late.

Re: Did anyone have issue with Commenity or GECRB payments this month?

I had a payment issue with my Buckle card. I scheduled the payment online for 12/31/2013. The due date was 01/01/2014. The payment did not process until 1/2/14. I attributed the delay to the holiday, however the payment should have technically posted on Thursday night (12/30) at midnight which should have made the posting date 12/31.

When I didn't see the payment post I freaked out and made a payment on 1/1/14. So I ended up making 2 payments.

Cap1 payment page says this today:

Some payments made Saturday (1/11/2014) were delayed and will post Tuesday with Saturday's date.  Related fees will be reversed.

...so perhaps there was/is an issue with the program CC's use to process their payments????

No problems on my end with either GECRB or Comenity.  All payments posted as normal and confirmed afterwards.  Maybe it was isolated to the processor for certain batches?
