Dillards (Citi) CLIs

Since the switch to Citi, does anyone know if it is a HP or SP when requesting a CLI for the Dillards card?

I'm not sure with Dillards specifically but I have a Home Depot Citi card and their CLI requests are unfortunately hard pull only. The agent said that the only way to get a credit line increase without a hard pull would be normal usage of the card. Very frustrating as I'm sitting with only $500 on my Home Depot card.

Same with the Citi Tractor Supply card, I did two CLI requests last year and both were HP.

I requested a CLI about two weeks ago and it was a HP.

On 9/21/24, right after the switch over from WU to C1, I asked for a CLI for this card. It was a hard pull on TU. Thankfully, I had my credit reports frozen. This was done online.
