I've been logging in to the Diners Club website for 6 years, where the link goes to Consumer Card log in, then the sublink to Premier and Elite log in. This has been to a specific Diners Club page for the entire time.
Today the link seems to go to a BMO Harris accounts link, that did not recognize my existing Diners log in name. So I registered with the BMO site, with a revised username so I could keep track of the differences.
On this BMO site, I can see the statements, which print the same, however I was not able to get to a Payments page to arrange payment. "This feature is not available to you".
So I go to the Credit Card --> Manage Card menu, and that takes me to a verification for the old Diners Club site, verifying my Diners Club log in name that I've been using for years. It leads ultimately to the the traditional Diners Club menu / statements / payments we've all ( or some of us legacy members anyway ) gotten used to.
I was able to set up a payment. I took note of the http address so I can try to get to this more directly in the future.
I'm fine with them updating it so we log in through BMO Harris, but gosh, it needs to be fully baked. The existing BMO interface is worse than the Diners historical interface. Without the ability to make a payment, what's the point?
For BMO I have a "Smart" checking account, that is how I pay my BMO cards.
I could NOT figure out another way to pay?
I just ACH transfer to the "FREE" checking and pay that way.

On the Diners Club interface, I've been able to set up and update / change payment accounts without problems, and schedule payments. I haven't tried setting up autopay. I don't have any BMO cash accounts, no interest in that.
I did not know if my little info could help you. I tried.
I have not had Diners club in like 30 years.
