When and if they reopen applications I'm still going to apply for second card.  I don't think any of them know what it is going to happen for sure.

+1 I'm waiting to jump on elite. Smiley Very Happy

That's if they decide to reopen the floodgates after Jan 1st.

I can see them waiting longer.  They still don't appear to have their act together.

I can see the rewards for my Elite. I think it will still be a while before they open applications again. I also wouldn't get too concerned over what anyone tells you on the phone because it appears they don't have it all sorted out yet and things will likely change as they figure out what they want to do.

My rewards are accessible for both Premier and Elite - no issues so far (thankfully) when taking the DC "twins" out to play.  And I would agree that there's still plenty of lingering and outstanding issues that haven't been resolved yet.

I took out twins from DC when I was younger and I had no problems either :-)

Exactly.  But I sure hope (if even possible) that these tradelines remain as unreported Smiley Tongue  much like their other DC cousins that are currently unavailable to apply for.

When you log into your account (Elite or Premier), on the main dashboard landing page, the link should display right below Account Summary:

Correct.  If your account had no activity (i.e. new) or the rewards points had not posted then the link wouldn't be active or display.

Same here. And i've already done a redemption with mine. Both "twins" operating as normal as any other credit card always does. I wouldn't get too worked over RUMORS especially originating from the CSR's. Only heresay. Chances are that when they are ready to release an official statement, that news will move at Super-Light Speed Smiley Wink
