Does anyone know whatever happened to the Diners Club card? I had it for several years in the 70s and can't remember what happened.
Thank you.
BMO is now the issuer of Diners Club..Word has it.That by the end of this year you can apply for personal use..You can only get a corp card if your business does over a specific amount

Yep, the Diners Club logo appears on the back of the IT card.

I believe BMO only controls DIners Club in the US. I think they bought it from Citi a few years back. Diners Club International was purchased by Discover. It will be interesting if they bring it back into the US market.
Diners club has always been a mystery card for me. I have heard of it but never actually seen one. I guess it's more common in other countries now.

I still have Diners Club. They turned into Mastercard when they were Citibank. They sold it to BMO Harris a couple of years ago. Now the card has a EMV chip. The card has a credit limit unlike the Amex charge card. They gave $20K CL. for the card. I don't think you can apply for the card. The customer service is not as good as the Amex.

Discover only acquired Diners Club Network outside the US.
