Direct TV Visa & Hooters

I was thinking about the Direct TV Visa card then I noticed it was offered by Barclays. Has anyone had success obtaining both cards? I read in the disclosure they may not approve you if you have a current Barclays card.

Maybe I'm better of waiting and getting a major card at a later date.

last i looked hooters was merrick bank, did they change? also, others have mutiple barclay's cards. granted sometimes only until barclay's remebers it.

Yep you are correct, sir. Anyway I applied and was approved with only a 2k limit. I was kind of surprised because Juniper refuses to budge on the card I received when I was first starting out with rebuilding (400cl).  I'm done applying for CC's now that I have 5 cards(provided I close the crappy 400 card).

You guys think I have any chance of closing my $400cl juniper visa and keeping the age on the direct tv visa? It's the same company so I was thinking I might have a shot.
