I would be curious to see if Netflix codes as streaming along with Peacock and Hulu

For what it's worth, Netflix, Peacock, and Hulu all use MCC 4899 (Cable and other pay television), same as Dish Network and AT&T Fixed Wireless. In theory if one is covered they all should be if Discover is strictly going by MCC.
Strangely, HBO Max is the odd man out using MCC 5815 (Digital Goods Media – Books, Movies, and Music) for some reason. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

HBO is always trying to be the odd ball of the group. I wonder if anything will the Warner Media folks will change that

Does anyone know if Xfinity will code as Streaming?

I doubt anybody can say for certain, although IMO it's likely. Edit: Or maybe not, see below.
This is a perfect time to make a test payment so you can see how it will code. That way if it doesn't trigger the 5% you won't miss out on higher rewards with a different card.
I made a $5 test payment with Dish Network for the same reason... if it doesn't trigger the streaming category I'll use my Savor to pay the balance when the bill is due later in the month.

Reporting back... it did not trigger the streaming category. Womp-womp. ![]()
The Discover category is showing as, "Cable, Satellite, and Other Pay Television and Radio Services." Apparently this is one of those times where Disco's MCCs aren't quite the same as MC/V.
Of course this begs the question, "What would happen if one were to run the charge through a MC first?" 🤔 LOL. Another test charge has been made using Curve with Discover as the funding source, results to be determined. ![]()

No it doesn't, codes as cable
I thought it would code as 4899 which is cable and streaming. I'll have to do a test payment later (unless someone beats me to it) and see what the actual code winds up being.

From a family member's Discover: Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Music and YT Premium all coded as 5% cash back.
Netflix and Hulu were: "Cable Satellite and Other Pay Teleivision and Radio Services"

Just checked, Netflix and Disney+ coded as "Cable Satellite and Other Pay Teleivision and Radio Services" as well and both received 5%. Pretty sure that both are MCC 4899, so I still have hope that Comcast will code using that same MCC and will be in the 5% category. HBO Max is the outlier here.
