Does any of these do a hard pull for Cli and how long should my accounts be open before applying for Cli?

Discover is soft and Apple Visa is hard. Not sure about Paypal Mastercard. I'll let other forum members respond about the time to apply for cli's.

Discover is soft, if they do a HP they will ask your permission in advance.

Apple visa is Barclays, they occasionally does SP CLIs followed by an apr reduction, so ask if there is  SP CLI avaiable for your account and they will tell you.

Paypal MC is Sync and sync is SP. Hope this helps!!.
