Has anyone else noticed that Discover has a balance transfer web link now? I was searching for potential Discover offers for current customers and hopped on this link to see two seperate balance transfer offers. Doesn't seem to require going through chat or anything and is probably done solely through the web. Offer seems pretty good but I sadly have no use for one. I have a screenshot attached. Also the link to this page is https://www.discover.com/credit-cards/balance-transfer/

Congrats!
This is a consistent offer screen for most Discover cardholders. I think you do have to reach a certain qualification level, but those two offers will be available on a consistent basis. They may disappear from time to time, but in a few days they'll be back.
It is one of the reasons I hang on to my Discover card, easy-peezy balance transfers, choice of low Fee long term, or no fee, low APR, depending on how long I want to take to pay it off.
I used to have balance transfer offers available all the time, but for the last year or so they haven't been there at all. I actually saw one once last week, but when I went back to use it the next day it was already gone >.<
Does anyone know what criteria they use to decide which members get these offers? Discover has usually been pretty generous to me otherwise (past offers, CLIs, etc)

Same for me. Actually noticed it up and it was expiring that day. It kept like renewing with that days date as the new expiration, then it was finally gone. Was told when I called in to DD my CLI that she could transfer me to the appropriate department to inquire about seeing if they had any offers available after they went away. On the fence if I'd actually use it right now, why I haven't bothered hitting up CS yet about it myself.
