Just want to point out when I logged into my account the other day, I noticed I had the option to request for a CLI through the website. After reading the forums, I tried the automated system and hung up when the roboperator wanted to connect me to a credit manager. I tried calling the automated system again today and waited a bit longer for the system to connect me to a credit manager only to find out the option to request a CLI was "processing" from online.
So point is: if your CLI request is processing via luv button, you will not have the option of trying with the automated phone system. The same holds true if you start with the automated phone system, you will not be able to do it via luv button.
Update: It's 1:15 AM PST, and the CLI request is still available for me via automatic phone line. So that sort of debunks the whole "normal business hours" only for Option #3 to appear in the phone system.

Thanks I think the trick was to wait a bit longer for the system to connect me. I think I hung up too soon when I attempted my CLI on Sunday.
