Reply to my SM said it was solely Experian. I'm guessing its based on Experian's 1B service with "Dark Web Surveillance Alerts". Good stuff for free!

Note that they do not send alerts for Ex Inq's. That is, unless BoA only SP'd me last week

I'm pretty sure that it's not designed to alert you of a HP. The alerts are for new accounts that appear on your EX report and of course if your SSN shows up somewhere where it's not supposed to.
