Re: Discover and your Social Security Number

Interesting that they monitor the "dark web." Is this a first for a CC?

Re: Discover Identity Alerts

Reply to my SM said it was solely Experian. I'm guessing its based on Experian's 1B service with "Dark Web Surveillance Alerts". Good stuff for free!

Nice... free "dark web" and daily Experian monitoring... for free. Is everybody seeing this or is it a limited rollout so far?

Re: Discover Identity Alerts

Note that they do not send alerts for Ex Inq's. That is, unless BoA only SP'd me last week Smiley LOL

I'm pretty sure that it's not designed to alert you of a HP.  The alerts are for new accounts that appear on your EX report and of course if your SSN shows up somewhere where it's not supposed to.
