Discover It CLI

I got the Discover It card in June 2013 with $1200 limit. My 5th statement cut few days ago. I still don't see the luv button appearing for cli. It says I have to call in. My statement shows Discover Fico Score as 689. Has anyone received CLI from Discover with this score? if so, how much and how long did you have the card for?

I got my Discover card in January and never got an auto CLI.  I called in took the hard pull about a month ago and asked for $5000.  I then talked to the credit dept. when I was declined and they gave me the limit with a little discussion.  The basically told me that I got that limit because that was the limit I asked for and if I had asked for more and qualified I would have gotten it.  If not they would have countered with something they could.  The questions were about my past record, accounts, and inquiries.  My score at the time was 689, but remember score isn't the only thing.

I do not think CLI are score related....I tried @ 6, 9 and 12 months marks and no chance with 779 TU or nearly 800 EQ. Discover is my nightmare. Credit analyst blames my high limits from other lenders. After 12 months of heavy use 70-80% this card will now be SD. They do not want my business so they will get a pack of gum every month now just to get my Fico score. I wish you all the best with Discover....I am giving up on them

I started with a Discover more at $1000 never got a auto CLI. When I product changed to the IT card I asked about a CLI. She asked how much I said as much as a soft pull would get me. I recieved $1500 that was after about a year. I just did a HP CLI a little over a month ago to get me to $5000 never have gotten any auto love.
