Yes, there is a student version and a NON student version.

Generally speaking the NON student has higher limit.

2013 Approvals: Discover IT - 3/1, Amex BCE - 3/4, CSP - 5/4, Barclay Ring - 6/12, BoA Privileges Cash - 6/27, Citi TY Preferred - 8/6, OCCU Duck - 11/4, USBank (Cash+) - 11/22, Wells Fargo - 12/21, Nordstrom - 12/29

12/19/2013, $100k+ Available Credit. Total Util: 0-1%

The non student version has a better introductory offer (14 months no interest)

Is there a reason why you shouldn't apply if you are so interested? Smiley Tongue

Re: Discover It

I only know my EQ Fico is at 640. Im waiting for my cards to report cause i recently paid them off, dont want to have a high util when i apply, and i have 5 inqs since july 2012   i dont know if that will hurt my chances. Also no late payments or anything, just high util% that just paid of in full

Re: Discover It

Wait for your CR to report your new balances and you should see a decent score increase. You should go for it then! I'm not sure if discover is inquiry sensitive, but 5 seems to be okay. Are they all on eq or tu?
