I think you are fine. Getting approved for discover isn't as hard as getting approved for csp or Amex resolvers in my opinion. Your inquiries are an okay number, not considered excessively high. Just wait for your report to update new balances and you should be ok

Not everyone accepts Discover. Also, you should wait to get your util down. The combination of your low score + high util = denial. IMO.

Most big stores like Walmart, best buy, target, etc accept discover. Most of the time u run into problems with Amex and discover at certain mom and pop stores and restaurants. It can vary depending on where you dine and shop.
