Is their CLI an hard pull or soft pull? Thank you
Both, but if they need to do a HP they will warn you.
It's a SP unless they tell you differently. It will never be a surprise!
Most of the time a SP
What FICO score does Discover gives CLI? is the FICO score they'll use from our Statements?
Yes your eligibility is based on that most recent pull. However it does take about a week or so after you see that score before it is updated internally with Discover. As soon as my new score was posted this month (65 point increase) I requested a CLI with no luck. When I got the letter, I noticed they still used the old score. I called recon and they explained it to me and told me to try again. I did, had to agree to a HP but they took my CL from $1000-$2500. So I was happy with the outcome.

Thank you for sharing. Congrats on the CLI. does Discover starts giving CLI if your FICO score is Atleast 670? I see my Discover's statement that 670 FICO score and up is considered GOOD?

This. The one CLI I requested was a hard pull but it was indicated as such before I submitted the request.

It's never just about score with any creditor. You entire credit profile matters. You can't just assume that a score of X will lead to a CLI while a lower score will not.

It is much more than just a score with Discover. But a 670 is generally a sign of good behavior but what really comes into play is the length of time your account has been open, payment history and UTIL. Discover has its reputation as being conservative, and generally for a good reason. That said, in my experience I've never gotten a CLI with high UTIL (understandably) and once I pay back down I've gotten Auto CLI or approved with a request.
