Discover won’t give me a cli but....

I unsecured in October of 2016 with a $800 limit.  By February of 2017 I had a $9700 limit all from SP CLIs, and got an APR decrease from 23.49 to 18.74 in Febrruary also.  Since then, I havent gotten a single thing from Discover, No CLIs, no APR reductions, nothing! I just tried for both and no luck.  Its been 8 months since my last love from Discover

Have you called about reducing apr ? I think i recall in my early days with discover they wouldn't give me a cli but were ok about reducing my apr.

No, I haven't tried calling yet.  I thought maybe I should use the card first, but maybe I should try anyway.

Definitely call them. First off they are always super friendly and might make you have a better day just for talking to them. Second every time I call they always have some special offer. 0% for a year or 2%/7% cash back for a year or an APR reduction. Usually they have some combination and will let you pick I honestly want to know what they put in the water to make those people so **bleep** friendly.
