Do branded AMEX cards still have the 3X CLI?

I just got an offer emailed to me for the Hilton Honors Amex and I was wondering if the 3X CLI still applied?

No problem. My 3x CLI on my Hilton Surpass went through on day 61 without a hitch.

Yes, the Hilton card is issued by Amex, so has 3x CLI, backdating etc.    Other cards, which use Amex networks but are not issued by the bank, do not.  This includes cards like the Fidelity Amex, FNBO Amex etc.

Yes. As long as they are not co-branded (non-proprietary)--issued by a lender other than Amex.

Why do you think that?    Any issuer can give CLIs, sometimes more than 3 times.  But 3xCLI usually means the 61-day/180-day thing.
