Re: Do u have 15+ cards with average CL over $5000?

I have 15+ accounts, but my average is $4624.

However, if I closed my Freedom and Target Red Card it would come to $5005.  (Target $500 and Freedom $1500)  Makes me wonder!

It is by will alone I set my mind in motion.....
Always follow these rules: Only take a HP for a new account. Always use the best rewards card for that reward category. Don't close a card unless you know you really should. Never use more than 35% of a credit limit. Recon as much and as best you can. Use the introductory period to the best advantage. Get the signup bonus. Whenever possible PIF or balance transfer so you pay less in interest. Never give an excellent rating when it is actually the norm. Always look for a discount as more is always better.
Always accept candy from strangers because they have the best candy or from people you know have good candy.

Re: Do u have 15+ cards with average CL over $5000?

I have five revolving accounts. Recovered from two chargeoffs in early 2007.

Barclay arrival plus - SD'd for 5500
USAA World MasterCard - 26k
Chase Sapphire Preferred - 10k
Chase Freedom - 17k
DiscoverIT - 10k

All of these were opened within the last 2 years. I used Capital One and HSBC to rebuild my credit profile as well as a local credit union, those three accounts are closed now. Experian reports a 780 while TU / Equifax are 765, up from 580 in late 2013.

Some MYFICOers have dozens of credit cards from various issuers.  However along with the high number of cards I also see low limits on each card.

Which begs the question how many have higher than 5000 CLs with more than 15 cards?
