Do you think I could push it or should I be happy

I had applied for the Barclay carnival card and was declined but called recon number without any real pushing or fight I was giving a cl of 1000 to start with 661 tu fico was pulled by them and was used for decision.

I have zero bad marks on account but I see others with ficos in same area getting 1500 and 2000 cl and I was wondering do you think I would be able to maybe call back and just maybe be able to push cl to 1500 and what I could say to get it

The Recon reversed the denial.

IMO, I'd let things be for a bit. It's a new account. I don't see any reason to push their buttons. After all, they did "do you a solid" by reversing the denial. 

Now, If you had been initailly approved for the $1k limit, then I could se the Recon being used for a CLI. 

Maybe it's just me. But I think once you use a recon to overturn/improve a decision, it's prudent to leave well enough alone for a bit.

I had 660 Score when I applied and was given $1300, I pussed but got a very conservative I believe new (fumbling over talking about credit with me) denied recon for CLI... thought about trying again!!

I am 19 and have a couple of cards I have nothing bad on report and about 2 year aaoa and I just wanted like 1200 or 1500 nothing crazy but what makes me think I have a chance is that when I first called for recon he was like I see that you are doing everything right in your report to build good credit and with no hesitation gave me a 1000 cli with no hassle at all so I was thinking could I give a little push
