I've been registered as an AU for a Blue Cash Everyday from my father, but we live at different addresses.
Now I don't even have the card yet but I'm just wondering what i'd have to do in order to ensure that AMEX still reports me to the bureaus. Keep in mind that they did ask for my SSN when applying.
Let me know
Yes it will start reporting within 2 months.
I believe they report AU regardless of different addresses but what about "additional card holders"? Do they report that too?
Uh isnt that the same thing? I think thats what I was signed up for, to be an additional cardholder, and they asked for my SSN
IME address does not matter.

Some people have found that if their last name is different, and there aren't any common addresses in the previous address section, their AU cards don't show. As you say though, it's all in one's individual experience.
So what will I have to do?
Is there any way that I can get them to change the address to my actual one?

I don't think that you'll have to do anything. AmEx is good about reporting AU's, probably because they make sure that they're genuine, as opposed to purchased piggyback history.
However, AmEx can be slow to show up. It might appear on your reports within a week after the statement next updates (best-case), or it might be another 4 weeks after that.

Yes, works fine for me with different name and address. It seems like it should be driven on SSN#?
Gotcha. Is there anyway on the AMEX site where I can change it to my actual address but only for my card and not my fathers?
