Does Amex consider a GoFundMe transaction a cash advance?

I would like to donate to a charity using gofundme.  Would Amex consider this a cash advance?

There may be some issues if the donation is tracked to you or a close family member, but in general no.  I used an Amex card to make some GFM donations after Hurricane Maria.
