Does Amex provide fico score after Approval/Denial or in both cases

They do after a denial, not sure about approval

They do after an approval if you weren't given their best terms. Or so they did with my BCE. Not sure how that would be with charge cards.

No FICO with charge cards. At least not in my case (two times).

I was denied for BCE the first time I apped. I had a trains union FICO of 713, with only 7 months of credit history (no baddies).

I wanted to ap a second time but was afraid of another denial so I apped and was approved for the Blue Card, then I immediately PCed to BCE. I didn't get my FICO from AMEX during the second time.

for my BCP I did get EX Fico. But Citi did not give me the score for my recent approval...so this could be YMMV or best terms rule...hmm

That makes sense. So Amex gives Fico score if approved but with not best terms and on denial.

I am planning to apply for the BCE at the end of this month. Hoping I won't get my Fico score

Ok...But I didn't get any Fico score with my Costco Amex too

For approvals in my case, yes. Got approved for two of their revolvers. Got two letters saying congrats, etc. & my FICO score along with it.

I got an Experian Fico with my BCP. I wasn't offered their "Best Terms" with a 785.
