Does Capital One allow you to move limits?

I now have two Quiksilvers, one Mastercard with an annual fee and I was able to be approved for one thats a Visa with no annual fee. Im just happy to be able to acquire a Visa branded CC and a Discover with a 3 year old BK.

Unfortunately, no...Cap One will not reallocate CLs.

Thank you, welp, that takes care of that. I will sock drawer the Quiksilver One and have Sirius, ATT, and Geico all go on there every month and use the Visa Quiksilver and Discover IT for everyday spending. I also have the Arrival for Dining and Travel and the Barclay Rewards for Gas/Groceries/Utilities.

Thats awesome! mine is just over 2 years old and I was happy to get barclay. Im hoping cap one will stop charging me the annual fee soon.
