it does report a limit it says flex spend next to it...

Chase report it to EX, EQ and TU the same as any other card (limit included). On some reports it will show as a "Flexible Spending Credit Card" rather than just a "Credit Card" but that isn't important.

Flexible spending credit cards are unique IMHO. That basically means you can actually charge 2x or more than your credit limit. I have $12,000 Southwest Premier flexible credit card and charged $33,000 once for my business and it went through. Although you cannot keep the balance above your credit limit and pay off little like you have higher credit limit. It won't allow you to charge that card again unless it is below the credit limit. It is good for high amount tranactions usage if you are going to PIF. FYI
