When you spend on travel/dining and get credited back for the $325, will this spend still count towards the $4,500 minimum required to meet the bonus?
No.

I agree that it won't count. In general, card annual fees, interest charges, etc.. won't be applied towards minimum spend requirements.
Thanks. When I called the dedicated AR CS line, the rep said the spend will still count, but she sounded uncertain. I'm going to make sure I spend $4,825+ just in case.
Been there, done that, spend that's subject to statement credit still counts towards minimum spend required for SUB.
If it makes you feel safer, spend additional amount
I just got this card in March they counted all spending towards the SUB regardless of reimbursement.

Right, but it's nothing like those. I think the closest would be that it shouldn't count as part of "net purchases" as it's more like a return for which you get credit. But I seem to remember, along with others here, that it does count anyway.
But if you are spending $4,500, spending $4,825 for safety may be worth it!
