An update from my post yesterday.
The customer service rep never called me back and I faxed the form she requested 2 times. She said she would call as soon as she got my form.
Again Macys customer service fails to provide service to good customers...
On another note...I emailed a question to them yesterday and they emailed back within an hour...maybe email is the way to get in touch with them...just an FYI.
We will see if they start reporting next month. Since I also sent requests to all 3 CAs we will see if that works this time...so annoying!
EQ has not been reporting for the last 24 months, but the other two are current.

Here is the update...
I wrote to all 3 credit bureaus and they all responded yesterday by mail saying basically that they can't report something that is not reported to them. That I have to get Macys to report...
During the last two weeks or so I have also been following up with Macys. I have called/emailed and done everything I can think of to get ahold of them. No change. I got a letter from Macys saying that now they will be reporting only still nothing on my CR. I have monitoring services and nothing has reported...
What else can I do?!
I have never had a problem with my Macy's card reporting and their customer service has been very good. I didnt see a reply from you when asked if you have used the card yet. They wont report until the card has usage.

As of yet I have never had a problem with Macy's not reporting and I have only encountered very friendly and helpfup customer service reps. I am sorry that has not been your experience as well.
I have been using it for 10 months. I make purchases every month and have been paying it on time each month...

The situation honestly makes no sense to me. What reporting service(s) are you using? When is your bill cycle date with Macy's? Maybe when they advised they will begin reporting it will be effective as of your next bill cycle date.
