Does a card PC affect timing of CLIs?

Last month my Discover IT secured card unsecured and with it came a $1K CLI.  On May 10th I am able to product change to the Discover Cash Back card.  Does a product change "reset" the CLI clock (is it 91/3 with Disco?) or are there any other considerations that I should be aware of with a PC?  Thanks.

There is no reset and there is no 91/3.

You may get an increase next month or next year.

It's rather pointless to ask monthly, but you can give it a try.
