Does an Inflight Offer for United Explorer Bypass 5/24?

Well over 5/24, no cards are showing up as prequalified. Does an inflight offer code bypass 5/24? #AskingForAFriend

I don't know about inflight, but you might be able to bypass 5/24 if you get a pre-approval in the United app.  I am about 7/24 and I was just approved a couple weeks ago.  The United app said I was pre-approved and I had a fixed rate of 17.99%.  Doctor of Credit had an article about it and that is how I found out.
