Does anyone know if it is possible to PC an existing FNBO VISA card to the new FNBO Complete Rewards VISA card? I have read posts in the past here where some users had some success PC'ing to the website-advertised 1.5% cashback FNBO Amex I think, but not 100% sure about if requesting a PC to the 2% Complete Rewards VISA is a realistic possibility as well?

Update: tried calling FNBO to inquire about product change possibilities for my Maximum Rewards card, but alas, no luck unfortunately...

They would probably allow you to reallocate the credit limits between 2 FNBO cards.
