Does when a statement goes out coincide with when the bureaus report?

I've asked this before but I'm having a hard time trying to figure out when the credit bureaus actually report the new changes.  My payment's are due on the 12th and the statements go out on the 15th.  When typically would the credit bureau report any changes?  Thank you

im no expert, but in my case my statement closes on the 16th and reports on the 19th.

It is up to the Bank to send the update to the Credit Bureau, so they show as soon as they get it.    Most banks but not all, send the closing balance after closing date, and they are in no hurry so it can take several days.     

It can vary month to month.
