Duck Card approval question

DH applied for this card and got a 7-10 message, today he gets a letter with nothing but a credit score on it. 689 EQ

He is reluctant to call stating "let the chips fall where they may" blah!

he has a very thin file,

4000 kays account

AU on several of my cards, about %20 utl

no baddies

Has anyone received a letter with a score and then a letter with a denial???

The card will arrive tomorrow if he got letter with score today.

you could call and get your credit line info now though if you want.

He said he would wait it out either way

but thank you for the information......i for one am pleased as i got denied  but i need to be gardening anyway

IIRC, you get the letter with score first then the CC within a couple days.  Otherwise, if it was a denial, you would have gotten the letter with the reasons and score.
