I don't think too many people have since then because they're no longer giving out stratopheric limits like it was 2007.
Besides, the current flavor of the month is the Sallie Mae.
I doubt many people will be jumping to app this time around. It was quite a fiasco before. Also Barclays Sallie Mae deserves it. It is an awesome card.
I don't know if a warning or congrats is in order. OCCU wasn't particularly generous with my limit compared to other accounts, but the way they handled their meltdown was pretty shoddy. Is your sister an Oregon grad? Just curious why she would want it after all the horror stories.
I did in Feb. and they ending up 'losing' my application. OCCU rep told me there was a 'meltdown glitch" (no lie) and my app is floating around in their system somewhere. I live in SoCal so I knew it was a longshot. But anyways it costed me a HP and as an added 'take-that' I received a letter regarding an autoloan(?) from them which also showed my FICO score. I'll leave em' be. lol

And to think I was going to call them amateurs!

My sister in Kansas City was approved today. They asked her random identity questions when she applied. Not sure what credit limit is yet . Has any one else applied since the meltdown in January ??
Congrats to sister. maybe the Duck is making a comback
any updates? what were her scores?
