EBates Luv Button CLI's hard/soft pull?

With the EBates Synchrony Visa they prominently feature their 'luv button' link for requesting a CLI. Is it a soft pull or a hard pull?

Soft. I went 4k to5k via button

Soft pull, but you would have much better luck (and still a sp) by calling credit solutions.

Right.  Optionally, you can also try their Chat feature.  Results will vary from CS to Chat.
