Ebates Big Fat Check

Something told me to check ebates since ive not had the card over a year. And sure enough ive build up $120 in rewards on the Thing. However i don't see anyplace i can request a big fat check. everytime i check it says it will be sent in the mail. This is worst than saying your check is in the mail.

Last time i looked it said my check would be sent on August 15tj. Now i check and its says November 15th. What kind of scam is this? Why can'[t i request the check when i want it? This card is going to the bottom of the pile. Damn Shame since i could not get the card until i was in the 740 fico range. yikes!!!!

ebates SHOULD send them out automatically every 3 months, I just got mine a few days ago.   Contact them and ask why they didn't send it earlier

All of the "online portal" cards have caveats. One of the caveats with ebates is no, you cannot just take the money when you want to, they send it on a quarterly basis.

Should have been mailed August 15th for the past quarter so I'd give it a few more days before worrying about it. But I wouldn't be angry about it just yet. This is normal practice for them.

If this was the case i would not have made the thread. Not mailed out. IN fact it said it would mail it on the 15th. but i checked again and it said it would mail it on the 15th of november now last check received. last october. i will contact them and get it over with I guess

EBates checks are how I fund my NFCU savings and checking account.  They have been on time every three months since I signed up.  I've been looking for the check since the 15th and have gotten nothing in my mailbox.  I chalked it up to living in an apartment and the mailman always placing our mail in someone else's box.  I think they have an issue this time around.

The checks and electronic payments are sent automatically every three months. I opted to get my payment via PayPal and my payment was deposited on August 8th. I don't like the idea of waiting on a check in the mail that could get lost. 

Once my payment was issued the system now says my next fat check is coming November 15the.

It's not a scam.... you need to check your settings. Did you opt for PayPal or a paper check?

They send me mine every quarter. I do it via paypal.

Perhaps you should give them a call and straighten it out.

They are not a scam.
