When I log into Paypal and click on details, it takes me to the Synchrony website where there's a popup window asking to put in username and password. Naturally, I put the same info for my Paypal. Says it's wrong. I then cancel out of the box but this makes certain features unavailable. You cannot request an increase, see your rewards, or see the tab that offers rewards. I've spoken with them through chat then finally called in. They said they would look into it and give it a few hours- days. Still isn't resolved. Anyone else have this issue with their Ebay Mastercard?

Hey JSS3, I've not looked in the forum here for a long time but just saw this post of yours. I have had an eBay Rewards card since November of last year. I have never been able to view or redeem my rewards! I have contacted Synchrony, eBay and PayPal. I have been transferred to other departments repeatedly, have been promised a call from a supervisor and also called every 800 number I can find. I can look at my statements and see my rewards amount but have the same issue you have. I have tried several different computers with different operating systems but nothing works and it doesn't appear that anyone cares.
They still haven't found a way to fix it and I've given up. More than likely, this card will be closed and open the 2% Paypal Mastercard. If they had the old system, where you could redeem from within paypal(instead of going over to that synchrony site from paypal) then this wouldn't even be an issue. All roads points to the new 2% card and hopefully, the issue will resolve itself.
