Elan Financial Help?

I've recently requested a graduation after being a secured cardmember for one year.

However, when I logged into the account today, everything has been wiped, along with a minimal increase of 50 dollars to my previous credit limit.

Anyone else has any prior experience with Elan?

Call them and ask what's going. Good luck I hope it in fact has graduated

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Re: Elan Financial Help?

ive got an elan financial card and there real stingy with cl increases. i was seriously stuck at $1000 for like 4 years. i was suprised that they sent me a letter last week asking me to request an increase and they just raised it to $5500. i think this has to do with a bunch of 7 year old unpaid charge offs recently getting deleted

Re: Elan Financial Help?

Thanks Journey.

It is indeed a graduation, the CSR was a tad bit excited at the graduation.

He even took the time to explain what an unsecured card meant to me; I was tempted to refer to my having the Discover IT as a reference but I kept that under wraps!

I'm hoping for the card to grow with me, I doubt there will be a fast pace, but it is 3 unsecured cards in the wallet now.
