My Key Bank MC portfolio has been sold to Elan Financial. Can anyone say what kind of financial institution Elan is? Just wanted to know how often should I use my card to keep it open, how are they with CLI/CLD etc. The only experience I have with them is my other US Bank card which works great form me. Thank you

Lexa--my CU has their card running through Elan now.  They have been fine for me so far (about 1 year).
