Macys customer service email

I sent a couple of emails to the online Macy's customer service email through my account and I have yet to hear back from them.  It has been over 2 weeks ago.  I wanted something in writing for when I receive a response, but nothing yet.  Is there another email address to use to contact them?  Or do I have to call them directly?

Re: Macys customer service email

I sent them an e-mail through the online site and it took about 4 days to get back to me.  I sent it to [email protected] .  They didn't really answer my question.  My problem was that they have not updated my credit report since January.  All I could get from them was to dispute it with the credit bureau.

Re: Macys customer service email

I am having that same issue but with my Nordstrom account and only with TU reporting agency which has not updated my account since January.  EQ and EX are just fine.  I called Nordstrom and they resubmitted my account for another update, once again EQ and EX was fine, still no update with TU now I am feed up, so my plan is to place a dispute on the account with TU stating the account limit and also my cl is not accurate as I did recieve a cli, so then TU will have to investigate and contact Nordstrom and I bet you then something will be done.  Good Luck in your efforts.

Re: Macys customer service email

I would say it was probably the credit bureau if it was just one of them not updating but in my case it's all three.  I did a disput with Equifax and we'll see if that works or not.  I hope so because I owe about $500 less than it says and I received a $700 CLI in January that's not reporting.  In my case I think it's Macy's not reporting for some reason but hopefully doing the dispute with Equifax may wake them up.  If not, I'll have to dispute the other two bureau's as well.
