Not sure how to post a picture here but MarketWatch has a picture of the new card: http://www.marketwatch.com/story/this-new-luxury-card-competes-with-amex-platinum-and-chase-sapphire...
all the websites I have looked at are vague, about whether the rental car coverage is primary or secondary. If not primary its not an interesting card to me, and to further slam the door for me is no 3% back on resturants. I don't have any of my cards setup with for mobile wallet, and lately I don't do much shopping beyond groceries and walmart. Everything else is done on line, mostly amazon.
The AF isn't bad once you consider the $325 travel credit but not sure I can use it enough to justify it and DW wants to go on a cruise in June, The sign up bonus, and finally getting in with U.S. Bank is interesting, perhaps get the card, use if for 6 months and P.C. to Cash+ which is a card that has been on my wish list for a while.
Are any of the other CSR members thinking about giving this one a shot? I don't care about annual fees when you get a decent value for the card and the US Bank effective rate is only $75 when you factor in the $325 travel credit.
I'm looking at dumping my Capital One card which serves no purpose compared to other cards and maybe giving this one a shot.
Has anyone found any additional information if it will have the Visa Infitnite airfare discount similiar to the Ritz Carlton card?

Card itself seems like a so so deal.
Short term:
The 50K sign up is not bad but both CSR and Platinum have had 100K for the HP and AAOA hit.
Long term:
Charges at least $75 per year for "3% points back in mobile payments", with the no fee everything 2% cards and smaller than $75 fee everything 2.5% or 3% back cards around, I feel that not many will be able to break even without using some "tricks" or spending extra time/effort trying to trigger normal payments as 'mobile payments' (have to spend at least 3 to 4K in 'mobile payments' per year to break even).
Doesn't seem to offer any addtional benefits for anyone with CSR&Ritz according to http://frequentmiler.boardingarea.com/us-bank-altitude-reserve-complete-guide/
(Basically: no infinite $100 ticket discount, priority pass limited at 4 free visits per year, unclear rental car membership or insurance, no point transfer ability)
One also have to deal with US bank and use their services beyond just this card (existing customer only), which can turn the so so deal into a bad deal at any moment.
Assuming reports on various sites are correct, the point value is much lower than CSR and Plat, and you can't double-dip the travel credit the first year. Not a bad card, but not on a level with the big two. It might be the right card for some people.
Thanks for the replies. I have the CSR and got the 100K sign up bonus which was a big benefit for me.
If the Altitude offered more of a sign up bonus or had the $100 airfare credit like the Ritz it would probably be a no brainer for me as I've banked with them for years.
I'll probably skip the card and just put more money through the CSR since the UR Portal is very flexible with the ability to use travel partners.
Thanks again.

PC not available. Maybe in the future but they want new apps at launch
Why do CC companies not allow PC at the launch of a new card? I mean... if people are willing to PC, that still shows interest in the product, right? What is the business model/reason for restricting a new product to apps only, and not allowing PC for a period of time??
